We are seeking a talented, motivated and experienced individual who possesses leadership potential. The ideal candidate will prosper in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p>We have 1 opening which can be located in Raleigh, NC or Columbia, MD.<\/p>\n<p>Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with underwriting multifamily developments financed with the Low Income Tax Credit.<\/li>\n<li>Independently model real estate development and operations financial performance projections with precision<\/li>\n<li>Create Investment Committee screening memos that balance the nuance of a credit document and a marketing document<\/li>\n<li>Manage assigned LIHTC acquisitions bid workflow to deliver offers on-time in coordination with Originator<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate project closings with attorneys, accountants, and developers.<\/li>\n<li>Establish good working relationships with developers of affordable housing.<\/li>\n<li>Use Salesforce and Outlook to facilitate internal communication regarding deals<\/li>\n<li>Use Salesforce to document feedback and decision-making on deals for reference through an investment\u2019s lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Address non-critical business issues on behalf of an Originator<\/li>\n<li>Manage special projects for the acquisitions team as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>BS\/BA in Finance, Real Estate, or Urban Planning or related field, preferably with some experience of real estate underwriting.
